Professional Development Initiative: Digital Badging & Micro-Credentialing

Developed and deployed an accelerated digital badging curriculum and infrastructure for corporate learning cohorts. Successfully implemented at Delta Air Lines for two consecutive years with a 100% completion rate across three micro-credentials:

LT 8151: Planning Projects (Digital Badge) LT 8152: Leading Projects (Digital Badge) LT 8153: Consulting Skills (Digital Badge)

Served as consultant to multiple GSU departments on digital badging program development, including Robinson College of Business Entrepreneurship Education Program, Adult Literacy Research Center, CINEMA Program at Crim Center, and Best Practices Training Initiative.
